About Apsaras Dance Company

What can we do for you? From time immemorial, humans have told stories to entertain, educate and influence. Today, we live in a world where there is too much information and very little time. What does not connect immediately, gets ignored. Therefore, Stories play an even greater role today! We at Apsaras Arts tap in to the natural power of stories through dance. Through engagement and entertainment, we enlighten our audiences to become advocates and activist of messages that matter to the society and planet. Our dance performances are carefully crafted to bring your corporate messages such as Sustainability, Empathy, Well Being and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to life. We have been telling stories through dance to entertain since 1977 but today at Apsaras Arts our mission is bigger, to tell stories through dance to move people in to actions that make society and planet better. If you want to convey an important message thru dance, we are here to partner with you. Our Origin Story Apsaras Arts was founded in Singapore in 1977 by Shri S Sathyalingam and Smt Neila Sathyalingam, alumni and former faculty members of Kalakshetra, India.
