About APT Storage

APT Storage is the industry's only innovative storage amenity that your residents will love and an ancillary revenue source that your apartment owner needs Unlike other storage facilities, APT Storage buildings are located on-site at your property. APT Storage customizes exterior finishes and colors to match your apartment buildings. From roof shingles to siding, door, and trim colors, every APT Storage building is built to custom match and blend in with your individual apartment community. For high rise apartment communities, APT Storage can place its innovative storage buildings in unused areas in garage parking decks without reducing parking spaces. APT Storage buildings do not require footers or concrete pads for installation. They may be placed directly in excess overflow parking spaces or on common area grounds. Each customized building is mobile, transported by truck from our factory, and set into pre-selected areas. APT Storage is fully responsible for all expenses including building maintenance, repairs, and insurance. Best of all, there is NO COST with our revenue sharing program! With APT Storage buildings as an added amenity at your apartment communities, you will increase your apartment rentals and your ancillary revenue while providing an important service to your residents!
