About Aqua Design International, LLC

Aqua Design International (ADI) is a landscape architecture firm offering professional consulting services in a niche specific to the aquatic design of swimming pools, spas, and water features. ADI specializes in a clientele that ranges from Flagship Resort Destinations to Focus Service Hotels as well as Municipal Aquatic Facilities, NASA Training Facilities, U.S. Embassy Pools, YMCA Pools, NCAA Competition Pools and beyond… Anything with water, anywhere in the world. As an aquatic consultant we bring a knowledge and bridge both the technical and coordination gap usually missing in conventional Architect and Landscape Architect’s scope of work. This is specific to not only the aesthetic nature of swimming pool design, but the coordination and design of mechanical filtration and sanitation systems as well as Municipal, County, State, and Federal code compliance. This is executed in collaboration with the Architect, Landscape Architect, MEP Consultant, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Risk Management Professionals.

Founded in 1996 by Dave Acklin.
