These agreements can be used to bridge valuation gaps during M&A transactions, deliver non-dilutive funding for operations, or create shareholder liquidity. Aqua Licensing’s team includes senior executives from leading technology firms with years of relevant experience in IP strategy, protection, enforcement and licensing.
