About Aquaai

Aquaai is a technology firm that believes everyone should have access to environmental data. Their system is designed for the 21st century of climate issues to reduce the expense that goes into collecting and tracking environmental data and providing an affordable risk management tool for blue economy industries such as aquaculture, smart cities, ports, rivers, dams, first responders in disaster scenarios incl. flooding, for reinsurers, ocean research & conservation, MPAs, illegal fishing, etc. Hitting nine of the UNSDGs, Aquaai technology is 3-fold; data, a software platform & a robot fish.

Founded in 2014 by Doug Vargas, Liane Thompson and Simeon Pieterkosky.
