So, what makes us unique? Simply, with us, EVERYTHING matters. It matters that we send honest messaging to homeowners when they are frustrated or worried about a problem in their home. It matters how we answer the phone the first time someone calls us. It matters that our customers are comfortable with us and that they understand both the cause of their problem and the solutions available to resolve their home's specific issue. It matters that we arrive when we say we will and actually do the work we say we will. It matters that we stand behind that work and remain ready to help customers if needed down the road. With us, every single part of the customer experience matters. Can you imagine a world where customers feel completely taken care of by their contractor?
