The Priess family and the van der Wees family entered a partnership on 1 October 2024. From our very popular trout, we can produce the highest quality of trout caviar. Our fish are processed at our plant, Aqua Production, in Aarøsund (DK). PIKE PERCH - responsibly farmed: Our top-modern, fully recirculated pike perch plant, currently the world's largest, is located in Gamst, Vejen Municipality (DK). This plant is fully controlled and traceable during all phases of farming and packing our pike perch.
