About AquaVeris Solutions Ltd

AquaVeris Solutions Ltd is a female-founded climate and infrastructure technology company developing solutions for hard-to-reach and remote environments, where access is difficult, power is unreliable, and maintenance costs are high. Founded in 2025, AquaVeris builds on deep real-world experience in rope access, marine inspection, and safety-critical operations. This operational grounding informs our innovation-led work, ensuring that new technologies are designed for practical deployment, not just theory. AquaVeris is developing energy-adaptive Edge-AI systems that enable autonomous monitoring and control for off-grid and remote infrastructure. These systems are designed to reduce site visits, extend device uptime, and support safer, more sustainable asset management across sectors including infrastructure, energy, environmental monitoring, and agriculture. The company was founded by Catherine Mimnagh, who is the sole inventor and owner of AquaVeris’ intellectual property, with UK and US provisional patents filed in 2025. AquaVeris Ltd holds exclusive rights to develop, license, and commercialise the technology. AquaVeris continues to deliver inspection and access expertise while transitioning toward innovation-led solutions that address climate resilience, infrastructure efficiency, and safety in the world’s most challenging environments.
