About arabop

arabop is an initiative dedicated to celebrating the rich tapestry of Arab pop culture, shining a spotlight on the vibrant music and cinema that defined the 1970s to early 2000s. Our mission is to reignite the joy and nostalgia of this era, honor the iconic figures and moments that have shaped our cultural heritage, and foster a deeper appreciation for the artistry and stories that defined the Arab cultural experience and shaped identities. Through this movement, we aim to foster appreciation and understanding of our roots, putting Arab pop culture back on the pedestal it truly deserves.
