About Aram Algorithm

Aram Algorithm builds decision defensibility infrastructure for high-risk HR and employment decisions. Our first public launch is Germany Termination Replay — an examiner-grade reconstruction of termination decisions using contemporaneous evidence only. When a termination decision in Germany is challenged — by a court, works council, internal audit, or regulator — organizations often struggle to reconstruct how the decision actually happened. We rebuild that moment. Using deterministic replay methods, we reconstruct: • the evidence available at decision time • the procedural steps followed • the reasoning path that led to the decision This determines whether the decision is: • replayable • attributable • reviewable under scrutiny Our approach is modality-agnostic. The same reconstruction method applies to HR decisions that are: • human-led • rule-based • AI-assisted We do not sell compliance frameworks, governance advisory, or audit assurances. Instead, we run scenario-based accountability reconstruction exercises that determine whether a decision can be defended from evidence alone.
