For 70 years, we have carried forward the tradition of good milk, combining innovation with advanced farming methods to protect well-being and preserve the authentic, wholesome taste of Sardinian milk. We specialise in collecting and processing cow’s and goat’s milk and employ around 368 people at our sites in Arborea (Oristano), Roverè della Luna (Trento) and our distribution centres. We are committed to keeping our roots strong and the spirit and values of the cooperative founded in 1956 alive. Today, it brings together 146 member farms. Through a quality-driven approach focused on animal welfare, producer value and environmental protection, we manage every stage of the supply chain, supporting our local area and ensuring consumers receive 100% Italian quality milk. Thanks to strict control of our production chain, we have earned certifications for quality, integrated safety and environmental management systems, and agri-food traceability. Farmer well-being and growth, sustainability, respect for local areas, animal welfare, certified supply chains and product quality are the pillars that guide our work in the market. Our range includes fresh and UHT cow’s milk, yoghurt, cream, butter, cheese and easy-to-digest products. Through our Girau brand, we also offer goat’s milk and goat’s yoghurt. Since 2021, we have been a Benefit Company, and since 2023 we have been part of the United Nations Global Compact Network Italy, confirming our commitment to operating responsibly towards all stakeholders.
