About Arc & Anchor Consulting

Arc & Anchor is a virtual consulting firm that provides flexible, story-driven fundraising and development support for small nonprofits. We offer a scalable monthly model, tailored to meet your organization where it is—and grow with you. Whether you're building a donor program, applying for grants, launching a campaign, or preparing your board to lead more boldly, we serve as your fractional development department with high-impact deliverables and values-aligned partnership. No inflated fees. No guesswork. Just strategy, execution, and trust. Founded by nonprofit executive and artist Graham Fandrei, Arc & Anchor combines decades of experience in major gift fundraising, programming, board development, and campaign design. Our goal is simple: to give small organizations the tools and support they need to thrive.
