About ARCHICOB

ARCHICOB is a signature architecture and urbanism practice based in Dubai, operating at the intersection of cultural intelligence and formal precision. Founded by principal architect and urbanist Jacques El Moallem, the practice operates on a singular principle: every commission is a direct conversation between client and architect — unmediated by committees or compromise. With over 25 years of practice and 40+ projects delivered across 9 countries, archicob brings a rare combination of visionary design and technical mastery to every engagement. Our work spans ultra-luxury private residences, boutique hospitality, mixed-use developments, urban master plans, and government civic landmarks. Each project is authored with one defining formal gesture — resolved in specific materials chosen for their honesty and their capacity to age with grace. We design for generations. Not for trends.
