For developers and contractors, we operate as part of the extended project team. From concept validation and lighting simulations to CAD layouts, BOQs, specifications, and site coordination, we align design intent with construction schedules, budgets, and on-site realities. Our expertise spans commercial, retail, hospitality, façade, landscape, clinical & clean-area lighting, emergency lighting, sports, and large-area projects, delivered across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and India.
