About Architectural Designs, Inc.

Family-owned for over 40 years, Architectural Designs sells house plans all over the world. Our plans are from architects and residential building designers from across North America and include everything from show-stopper trophy homes to starter homes and also include multi-family designs and garages. We offer unrivaled quality and choice across our portfolio of 25,000+ plans, some of which are exclusive to AD. Our attractive price points and speed to delivery (oftentimes delivered in the same day!) help to reduce the time and cost to build. We can customize and modify any plan you see. We also include additional value beyond the plan, frequently selling cost-to-build estimates and lists of materials required. Lastly, we take great pride in seeing photos of our client-built homes.
