Are You Dense Inc. is a Nonprofit whose mission is to educate the public about the impact of dense breast tissue on missed, delayed, and advanced-stage breast cancer. Are You Dense Inc. was founded after Dr. Cappello's advanced-stage breast cancer within weeks of a NORMAL mammogram. Through her tragedy, she learned about the limitations of mammography screening in women with dense breast tissue.
