About Arise Architects Co-operative

Established in 2019, we are Ontario’s first worker co-operative architectural practice. As a business, Arise Architects Cooperative is founded on co-operative principles, including democratic decision-making, community focus, member participation, continuous education, and autonomy. These guidelines enable and ensure that our business is driven by values and profit rather than profit alone. With a diverse range of perspectives and experiences, we bring fresh insights and innovative solutions to the table. Our approach is direct yet supportive, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives and ideas flourish.
