About Arkchat

Arkchat: The Messaging App That Automatically Manages Projects Most teams are stuck in a "productivity gap". They find tools like Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com too complex for daily work, yet find WhatsApp, Slack, and MS Teams too chaotic for tracking. Arkchat bridges this gap, providing the speed of a messaging app with the automated power of a project management tool. Why Arkchat is Different: 1. Unified Collaboration with Total Privacy In WhatsApp or Slack, you toggle between dozens of groups for one project. Arkchat allows all stakeholders—architects, engineers, contractors and clients—to coexist in one project group. Our unique privacy layer lets you have private conversations and share sensitive files within the main group, ensuring the right people see the right info without the clutter. 2. Messaging vs. The Giants (WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams) Standard chat apps are built for socialising, not tracking. In Arkchat, your messages act as the trigger for your workflow, turning conversations into structured data - automatically. 3. Project Management vs. The Giants (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion) Most PM tools require manual data entry and steep learning curves. Arkchat eliminates the "manual" work. You stay in the chat you already use, and the project manages itself. Core Features Built for AEC & Professional Teams: Chat to Action: Turn any message into a tracked task or approval in one click. Stakeholder Privacy: Conduct private discussions and secure file sharing within a single project group. Automatic Organisation: Updates stay linked to the chat, creating a seamless audit trail. AEC Marketplace: Source vendors and consultants directly within your project ecosystem. CDE Framework: Built on a framework designed to support Common Data Environments (CDE). Stop chasing updates. Start finishing projects in one place. 👉 Create your free account: www.arkchat.com
