About Arrowhead Church

Arrowhead Church is a growing family of churches in East Tennessee with a shared mission: helping people take their next steps with Jesus. With congregations in Morristown, Greeneville, and Grainger, our heart is to see everyday people meet Jesus, follow Him faithfully, and live sent into their communities. We’re not building a brand—we’re building people. We believe the church is the people of God, not a place you go or an event you attend. So we work to create healthy environments where people can worship Jesus, be known in authentic community, get trained in biblical truth, and make disciples of Jesus who make more disciples. If you’re passionate about ministry and you’re looking for a place that laughs loud, works hard, and keeps the gospel at the center of everything—we’d love to meet you. At Arrowhead, you’ll find: • A young, vibrant church with 1,500 people in weekly attendance and consistent year-over-year growth across adults, kids, and students. • A church dedicated to the study and faithful application of God's Word. • A high level of engagement—with 43% of adults actively serving, 48% in groups, and 75 baptisms in 2024. • A culture shaped by our values: Welcome Home, Live Sent, Giving is Gaining, Laugh Out Loud, See Good Say Good, Grounded + Free. • A team that’s unified, humble, and excited to advance the mission together—no big egos, just big hearts for Jesus.
