About Art by Nadia Lamaani

As a conscious woman who is sensitive to what happens in the world "within ourselves", I see it as my duty to create work that recognises and alleviates pain through the creative medium of art. I aim to motivate and empower people through my own experiences in hope that it will bridge the gap of wisdom, healing and enlightenment within their own lives. I like communicate this through storytelling by using my art work as a medium to encourage deeper thinking and self-awareness. Having worked in the education sector for the past 15 years, I have a strong ability to engage and connect with learners of all ages, levels and mental ability. In turn, this has allowed me to recognise the importance of nurturing different skillsets and acquire different ways to help others access information to reach their full inner potential. As I have a background in Art, Facilitation and Psychology, I have combined these skillsets together to deliver Paint & Sip classes through guided painting sessions. With my 6+ years of being an Artist Host and expertise in acrylic painting, I provide others with the opportunity to paint masterpieces that they can truly feel proud of. This is achieved in a fun and relaxed environment where you can gain confidence, socialise, learn and explore your inner creative realm. I have also extended my services into offering commissions, prints and book illustration. I would love to talk with more people, brands and organisations about how art and storytelling can be used in campaigns to communicate topics around mental health, healing, empowerment and culture. These are topics I feel deeply passionate about and invested in to build social impact. I am always seeking new ways to extend my knowledge in the field of learning and development and excited to bring my enterprise into rooms that can provide value as well as encourage, empower and educate. My services include: Commissions Book Illustration Artist Host / Workshops Paint & Sip Events
