About Art of Fishing Guide Service

Art of Fishing Guide Service is a charter service for bass fishing with Captain and Professional Bass Fisherman: Art Ferguson. Art has been guiding since 1990 on Lake St. Clair/Lake Erie/Detroit River in the Detroit area of Michigan. These Great Lake waters offer some of the best, if not THE BEST SMALLMOUTH BASS FISHING IN THE WORLD! Fishing is excellent all year round (April-November) and Art is available for trips during this time. He puts an added touch of teaching techniques and putting you on the fish at the same time. Artificials only on these waters. Art also has been guiding since 1991 in Florida both on Lake Okeechobee early in his career and now resides during the winter months (December-May) in the Orlando area and fishes Lake Toho, Kissimmee Chain of Lakes and other local lakes. Though Art is a tournament pro, it is essential to use live bait in Florida to catch big largemouth bass and he considers himself an expert at this technique of live bait fishing.
