About Artemis Clarke

Artemis Clarke helps growing businesses recruit and access exceptional finance leadership. We work with UK SMEs and scale ups that need stronger financial insight, better reporting and experienced finance leadership. Our work focuses on three areas: • Recruiting senior finance leaders including Finance Directors (FDs), CFOs and Financial Controllers • Providing experienced Fractional Finance Directors who support businesses through growth, change or investment • Delivering Financial Health Checks and Finance Team Diagnostics to strengthen finance functions Many of the businesses we support come to us when they need to hire their first Finance Director (FD), bring in a Fractional Finance Director or CFO, or strengthen their finance team for the next stage of growth. What makes Artemis Clarke different is simple. We are accountants first and recruiters second. Slightly unusual we know, but refreshingly different so we have been told. Because of that background, we understand how finance teams actually work inside growing businesses. We combine rigorous candidate assessment with practical insight into what a business really needs at each stage of its journey. The result is better finance leadership, stronger finance teams and clearer financial visibility for founders. #FinanceDirector #FD #FractionalFinanceDirector #SMEGrowth #FinanceLeadership
