About Artesian Investment Partners

Artesian Investment Partners is a private investment firm focused on acquiring and growing a small to medium-sized business. We are looking to find an established business that we can grow and develop into an even more successful company, utilizing technology, strategy, fresh perspectives and energy. We believe in fit and relationships, wanting to care for the legacy transitioning owners have built, as we take the company into the future to further realize its potential with a long-term perspective. Artesian is looking to make an acquisition whereby the team can enter the business and add value. Our investors have fully funded the strategy and the capital is permanent, with no exit planned. We look to make a smooth transition into leadership and work alongside the current leadership team if in place, investing in the people and the business to grow – rather than focusing on cost-cutting.
