Artifactual History also offers bespoke appraisal review services. An appraisal review can be of use to a variety of stakeholders in the insurance, legal, and market professions. It can serve as an ingredient in the internal development of a firm's quality control protocol, or as a crucial step in trial or expert witness preparation. Depending on a client's needs, an appraisal review can also have the unique characteristic of serving as an educational tool for both new and established appraisers. In this sense, an appraisal review can be a key revisionary process prior to the transmission of an appraisal to an important client, or be included within a performance review package, or simply as a meaningful element of professional empowerment.
