About Artifex Partners LLC

Artifex Partners offers personalized business software and expert advice to help medium-to-large companies increase efficiency, boost productivity and better control costs. We back our software systems with comprehensive training, state-of-the-art support and an unrivaled track record of client satisfaction. We build our solutions on the proven, flexible and stable Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform, which allows you to work in a “Microsoft Office®-like” environment that is both comfortable and familiar. This increases your productivity and minimizes the need for additional training. We typically serve client organizations that have outgrown a static software system or require more than just a simple, “out-of-the-box” solution. Our clients generally have from 5 to 5,000 employees and annual revenue of $5 million to $500 million. We take particular pride in our ability to develop deep, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We’re not your average solution provider; that’s something you’ll notice right away. We begin by rolling up our sleeves and taking the time to develop a deep understanding of your organization. We dig deep to discover your business “pain points.” But we don’t stop there. We also identify “points of hope”— those goals and dreams you have for your company. This knowledge allows us to craft a personalized software solution that not only helps you overcome your current issues, but also anticipates your needs and positions you for additional success far into the future. We back our software systems with the finest service and support you’ll find anywhere. In fact, the people who conduct our initial consultation with you are the same ones who perform your system implementation, handle your software upgrades and respond to your service requests. This allows them to provide high-quality, informed support and service—and ensure that you realize the full benefits of your system investment.
