Arvin Pazhoohan Noor (APN) is a healthcare-focused holding company established in 2006 through the initiative of Dr. Hassan Morovati Khamsi, a faculty member of the Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute. Since its inception, the holding has focused on the supply of in-vitro diagnostic kits and laboratory analyzers, pharmaceutical and vaccine production line equipment and machinery, and the engineering design and execution of turnkey cleanroom projects. In 2016, by leveraging the scientific and technical capacities of university faculty members, research institutions, elite specialists, and experienced professionals, Arvin Pazhoohan Noor (APN) founded Arvin BioHealth (ABH) as a knowledge-based subsidiary dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of in-vitro diagnostic kits. ‏The mission of the holding encompasses the supply and production of diagnostic kits, analyzers, and laboratory equipment required by laboratories, hospitals, specialized medical and treatment centers, veterinary clinics, and addiction treatment centers; the provision of pharmaceutical and vaccine production line equipment and machinery; the engineering, design, and implementation of turnkey cleanroom projects for pharmaceutical companies in collaboration with reputable international partners; as well as technology transfer in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, vaccines, and biological products, in addition to the engineering design and execution of related industrial projects. ‏ ‏ APN serves as the exclusive representative of leading global companies in in-vitro diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, representing Sysmex, Siemens, and Hyphen BioMed for coagulation kits and analyzers; Maccura and Alcor for hematology analyzers; and leading global companies for pharmaceutical machinery, including WFI, PSG, PFS, autoclaves, freeze-dryer, filling, capping, labeling, blistering, washing, sterilization, inspection, granulators, tablet presses, coating, cartoning and cleanrooms.
