About Arvista™ Atelier

Arvista™ Atelier is a new-age architectural and design studio founded by Architect Ayan Roy, driven by a strong vision to redefine space-making with design that is purposeful, aesthetic, and emotionally resonant. Though Arvista™ is a fresh brand on paper, it is backed by over 8+ years of professional architectural experience, a portfolio of diverse landmark projects, and several recognitions and accolades achieved across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. With a practice rooted in Kolkata, and expanding across India, Arvista™ offers a curated blend of architecture, interior design, turnkey execution, and spatial branding services. From conceptualization to completion, our focus is to create human-centric environments—spaces that are not just functional but narrate a compelling story. Our founder, Ar. Ayan Roy, is an award-winning architect whose work has been recognized for balancing design creativity with constructional practicality. Having served as the lead architect in several prestigious projects for nearly a decade, his transition into Arvista™ Atelier is a continuation of a vision built over years of experience, client trust, and project success. At Arvista™, we specialize in delivering affordable luxury—design solutions that are rich in feel yet sensitive in cost. Whether it's revamping a boutique café, designing an educational campus, or developing a modern residence, we aim to align architecture with lifestyle, emotion, and evolving urban needs.
