We formed under the belief that the region’s international business community deserve the engagement of local lawyers of the highest international pedigree, who are solid communicators that empathically understand and relate to the various professional cultures of their stakeholders, and who charge on the basis of the value they truly provide. We have more than twenty years’ experience as lawyers in the region, working on a spectrum of matters both contentious and non-contentious. In association with Ahmed Ramadan Advocates & Legal Consultants, we have full rights of audience to advocate in all onshore courts of the United Arab Emirates. Our services and sectors of interest include Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment & IP, Technology (including Web3 / Blockchain / VARA), Retail, and Construction. We are also able to service clients in need of support on any aspect of onshore criminal law in the UAE, with a focus on cases involving White Collar Crimes, Cybercrimes, and Defamation and Libel. We are constantly open to conversations with advocates, whether registered in the DIFC and ADGM or onshore, or internationally, to operate with in a network capacity. We are also looking to add to our network of Non-Executive Directors, Governance Consultants and Advisory Board members to refer to our clients. We would be happy to connect individuals with a suitable track record, who are looking for opportunities to invest their experience and/or capital, to companies looking for investment.
