About Ascension Coaching & Consulting

Let's face it...life is full of challenges, or as I like to refer to them, opportunities - opportunities to better ourselves and find that next level in ourselves - to awaken our Olympian within. Enter Ascension Coaching & Consulting... Are you a new mom or dad who is struggling to find purpose or meaning again after the crazy, sleepless first few months of bringing a new human into this world? Maybe you're a weekend warrior or professional athlete looking to reach your goals in your sport? Do you simply need a little extra motivation, guidance, structure and accountability to level up and feel confident that you are headed in the right direction? Guess what? I have been there (most places), and I have done that (most things). I have competed at the highest level in two sports, I have lost motivation after having children, I have regained that motivation, I have been unhappy in a job (or two), I have pivoted careers (more than once), and I have grown significantly from all these experiences. As a matter of fact, my most recent (and final) career pivot led me to building Ascension Coaching & Consulting. After all the above experiences, I just knew I had to leverage it all to help and encourage others who are going through similar phases in life. So...what are you waiting for? There is never a better time than NOW to invest in yourself, and I would be honored to be there right by your side to help you achieve your goals. I can guarantee you that the email you are about to send me to inquire about coaching will the one of the best decisions of your life.
