Ascent Bio is a Yale University startup company that uses deep learning-based design and latent space optimization to generate and modify drug candidates, optimized for multiple properties. In other words, Ascent Bio generates insights from high-throughput screening datasets to design more effective treatments with an emphasis in targeted protein degradation therapeutics.

Founded in 2021 by Egbert Castro, Kevin Givechian and Xuefei Gao.
