About AscenteVMS Software Group

Founded in 1971, Compusource has evolved into a leading developer and marketer of application software as well as training and support services for the markets it serves. We have continued to achieve success through professional partnerships with our customers where the central focus is on long-term mutually beneficial relationships. To address the needs of each industry, Compusource dedicates sales, marketing, product development and customer support professionals to each vertical market. The staff is committed to helping customers get the maximum benefit from their systems, while providing a superior level of support. After many years of providing outstanding service, Compusource was acquired by Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU) in August of 2009. Constellation Software is a publicly-traded international provider of market leading software and services to a number of industries across the public and private sectors. As of 2019, Constellation Software has over 16,000 employees worldwide generating consolidated revenues exceeding 3.1 billion (USD). The stability of Constellation provides a solid foundation for Compusource growth for years to come. In 2020, the Ascente FSM Software Group separated from the original Compusource group, and merged with a similarly structured software company, Vertical Market Software (VMS). Together with VMS, we as a group have a larger pool of both support and development resources that will benefit both of our clients over the long term.
