Our work is about: Conducting in-depth research to truly understand the experiences of women and girls in sport. Creating change by developing, testing, and implementing solutions that make sport more inclusive. Partnering with Clubs & Organisations – Working directly with sporting communities to make real, lasting improvements. We know that keeping women and girls in sport isn’t just about fixing one thing, it’s about changing the culture, the infrastructure, the systems and the expectations that shape the experiences of women and girls. That’s why we focus not just on the problems but also on the solutions.
