About Ashdown Jones

At AshdownJones Estate Agents, we combine 13 years of industry knowledge and marketing expertise, with expansive local knowledge and property love. With a new age of estate agency dawning, AshdownJones wants to be at the forefront of this new era. Together, Sam Ashdown and Phil Jones will introduce a new, innovative bespoke estate agency to the most sought after area of the UK, the Lake District. We are selective. We only take on homes we believe we can sell in 12 weeks and look at each home differently, showcasing it to its unique personality.
