The PI Litigation Support services include Drafting CPR Compliant Statements of all types, Locus Reports, Scarring Photography, Tracing and enquiries, and Serving legal papers. Mediation - At Ashley Taylors Legal we commonly undertake mediation for disputes in Landlord and Tenant, Contract, Boundary and Low value Road Traffic Accident cases (typically under £10K) We can undertake mediation in any major city in the country or facilitate the session at our mediation suite.
