Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the import and distribution of coal for industrial usages. The Company acquires and distributes coal, as well as provides logistic services. The Company mainly imports coal from sources in Indonesia and delivers it to domestic customers in textile, food, rubber and alternative fuel industries using coal as a source of energy. The Company also operates coal distribution business in China. The Company's subsidiaries includes A.G.E. Transport Company Limited, which operates transportation and management services; AGE Terminal Company Limited, which operates water transportation, port and cargo services, as well as extraction of coal, and AGE Power Holding Company Limited, which operates as a holding company. The Company operates branches in Samutsakhon, Petchburi and Ayutthaya provinces.
