ASK Lettings offers Landlords long term secured rent on 2-5 year agreements with contracts we have from the local authorities. We are approved suppliers for housing and accredited with 36+ boroughs. Currently, we manage in excess of 1000+ properties across London & Essex. In addition to this, we manage our own large portfolio of properties as we are landlords and property developers, diversifying our acquisitions across the property sector. We pursue strategic and calculated acquisitions, investing and owning a range of asset classes including Hotels, Serviced accommodation, Industrial units, HMOs, BTLs, Office spaces, Land and Developments.
