Our professional staff have received specialty training and certifications in a variety of areas including integrative nutrition, performance psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), technology assisted meditation, neurofeedback and qEEG brain mapping assessment. Aspen Valley Wellness has been providing quality services to the residents of Utah County and surrounding areas since 2015. Our clients come from as far away as Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington state to seek our professional neurofeedback and alternative therapy services.
