Founded in 2004, Aspiration Europe brings together expertise in IFRS & UK GAAP reporting, management accounting, accounting systems optimisation, change management, business process design, and corporate governance. AE provide both on-going outsourced accounting services, and bespoke project resource and management. Our client-base covers a range of industries including technology; natural resources exploration; manufacturing; media; software development; amongst others. We often work in close collaboration with our clients’ audit firms to ensure a smooth and efficient reporting process, good communication and timely delivery. Recent projects include preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements for a client transitioning to IFRS prior to a potential AIM Market IPO and the implementation of a new online accounting system for a company with staff based in the US and UK. We also provide on-going outsourced finance function services for several AIM-listed companies.
