About Aspire Advocacy
We are Special Education Advocates, and parents of children with disabilities. Our expertise is advocating for children with special and differing needs so that they receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE). Have you ever heard: The district does not do that? The district has no money for the service your child needs? Do you: Ever feel like the District knows what the options are… and you don’t? Ever wonder what the “rules” are? Ever notice meetings are often more about programs than the student? An advocate is not there to be adversarial. They are there to give you a level playing field with the district—and when you are ready to effect a change in your child’s education. We are here to help. We can discuss what your options are, or help you negotiate with the school district. Knowing your child's rights makes a significant difference in the conversation.
