About ASPIRE JSC

Aspire: Investing in Tomorrow’s Communities Aspire is a Vietnam-based real estate investment and operating company committed to revitalizing urban neighborhoods through both the transformation of existing properties and the development of new projects. Our focus lies in creating vibrant residential communities supported by curated commercial spaces that enhance the living experience of our residents. Our Approach We specialize in identifying and repurposing underutilized properties—such as townhouses, apartment buildings, and commercial structures—that often suffer from deferred maintenance, subpar operations, or outdated designs. Our strategy involves developing, renovating, repurposing, extending, and occasionally restoring these properties, typically within a two-year timeline. By concentrating on human-scale projects, we aim to reduce redevelopment risks and promote comfortable living densities. In addition to property transformation, we engage in greenfield development, bringing new projects to life from the ground up. Our long-term capital investment approach seeks assets that provide steady income streams and appreciate in value over time. Our Team Aspire’s dedicated team of real estate investment professionals brings over 25 years of combined experience in Vietnam’s residential development market. Our team members have backgrounds in private equity real estate, investment management, direct operations, long-term counterparty relationships, property sourcing, financing, and end-to-end execution capabilities. Locally based and equipped with multidisciplinary expertise and deep industry knowledge, our management team ensures consistency and delivers optimal results in every transaction.
