About Aspire Psychotherapy

Aspire Psychotherapy, led by Dr. Anya Scolaro and Brie Scolaro, LCSW, specializes in CBT, ACT, and Exposure Therapy (ERP) for anxiety, OCD, and phobias. We offer Peak Performance Training and Biofeedback for work stress, sports anxiety, and academic pressure. We provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing to diagnose ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and more—helping with school/work accommodations, gifted program entrance, and treatment planning. Serving clients in New York (virtual and in-person hybrid) and New Jersey (virtual only). Your first appointment will be with either Dr. Anya Scolaro, Clinical Director, or Brie Scolaro, LCSW, who will learn more about your goals, history, and preferences for treatment. Based on your goals for therapy, the recommended treatment and your therapy preferences, you will be matched with an expert clinician on our team. LGBTQIA+ owned and affirming, we are committed to empowering all individuals, embracing diversity and being responsive to our community's needs. We also provide psychotherapy in Spanish, Mandarin and Russian.
