About Assembled.sg

Assembled is Singapore's dedicated market research agency — not a consultancy that does research on the side, and not a global network that subs out fieldwork. Every project is led by our Managing Director, Felicia Hu, from scoping to final presentation. Since 2016, we've completed 600+ research projects across skincare, healthcare, F&B, financial services, luxury, technology, and public policy. Our proprietary panel of 100,000+ members — built over a decade, not purchased — lets us recruit hard-to-reach segments in 1–2 weeks: HNWIs (3,200), physicians (4,800), C-suite executives (1,900), and multicultural consumers across Chinese, Malay, Indian, and expat communities. What we do: → Focus groups (in-facility and online) → In-depth interviews (face-to-face, phone, video) → Product testing (sensory, packaging, concept) → Mystery shopping (retail, F&B, automotive, hospitality) → Ethnographic research (home visits, shop-alongs, mobile diaries) → Online surveys (with qual validation) → Market entry research for international brands entering Southeast Asia What makes us different: We moderate in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, and Singlish — because "can consider" doesn't mean yes in Singapore. Our work has been published in MRS Research Live and ESOMAR Research World. We hold a 4.9-star Google rating across 700+ reviews and are an NVPC Company of Good Fellow. Brief to report in 4–8 weeks. No agency layers. No junior hand-offs. No decks that gather dust. Headquartered in Singapore. Fieldwork across Southeast Asia.
