About Association Evolution

Association Evolution builds on over 20 years of executive leadership and operational delivery experience in the international association, non-profit and events industries to enable our partners to identify and seize opportunities for meaningful international growth and positive social impact. Using our extensive global network and experience as industry thought leaders and innovators we work with associations seeking to expand into new countries to build effective internationalization strategies and connect them with the right people and places to grow in the right way, including governments, academic institutions, local organizations, destinations and global association hubs. There is little we have not encountered in the international association and events sectors. GROW - We use our experience to help associations develop and implement international growth strategies to avoid the usual pitfalls and overcome challenges in new countries, markets and cultures. We also leverage our experience in association and non-profit executive leadership to assist associations to plan and execute strategy, change management and organizational restructuring to meet the demands of their membership and expectations of their boards in a competitive global marketplace. CONNECT - We know associations and we know the international association landscape. Over the past 20 years we have established an unparalleled global network that we are able to leverage to connect you in with the people and places you need to know to grow your association internationally.
