About Association Innovation and Management, Inc. (AIM)

In the association management world, AIM’s name is synonymous with science. All of AIM’s partners are scientific associations —large and small—requiring varying degrees of support in all areas of their day-to-day operations. AIM provides nearly every specialty in-house, with our partners benefiting from the services provided by our meeting planners, exhibits managers, accountants, webmasters, programmers, graphic designers, creative production specialists, and more. AIM is a women-led and employee-owned association management company (AMC). Our diverse, talented team of 54 professionals gives us the flexibility to customize our partners’ solutions as we grow with them. Unlike many other AMCs, which are often formed as a family proprietorship, two-thirds of our workforce are shareholders who have a voice in our operations—and a stake in our success—and our partners. Our mission at AIM is to advance the goals and visions of our partners through best-in-class management solutions and unparalleled customer service. AIM is committed to achieving our mission while making a positive impact on the community from our team members to board members. As a for-betterment company, we are dedicated to performing well financially, environmentally, socially, and in how we treat people.
