About Aston Charles Ltd

A Personalised Service from Industry Experts Founded in 2008, Aston Charles is one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists within the General Insurance and Financial Services arena. Mindful of the fact that the recruitment industry doesn’t always enjoy the best of reputations, our mission from the start has been to provide our clients and candidates with the professional recruitment service that they deserve. As an award-winning firm, we only employ consultants who are passionate about their chosen industry sector and committed to a long-term career in recruitment. This is because we strongly believe that our clients and candidates deserve continuity from their trusted advisors. We are not here to simply fill jobs - we offer a range of value-added services including career coaching, market-mapping, benchmarking and bespoke training. Not only do we assist with their current requirements, but we provide our clients and candidates with the market intelligence that they need in order to shape the future of their businesses and professional careers. We recruit throughout the whole of the UK and our clients include international insurance companies, national and regional IFA’s, niche underwriting agencies, financial planning and investment management firms, global broking houses, private banks, and loss adjusting practices. We are now the preferred recruitment partner for many leading insurance organisations who welcome our straightforward approach - open, honest and consultative recruitment. We look forward to working with you.
