About ASTRAN Business Consulting GmbH

For more than 10 years we have been supporting medium-sized technology and service companies in the management of their core and support processes. Medium-sized IT, software, electronics or biotechnology companies are characterized by the fact that at their core is a product into the development of which efforts have flowed over years that exceed current product development capacities many times over. The product typically has a firm foothold in the market, but is threatened by new technologies. But new technologies are not only becoming relevant in the company’s own market; there is also a continuous need for adaptation and modernization in its own core and support processes. At the same time, a creeping, passive generation change is taking place in the company’s own management team and among key performers, whereby certain competencies cannot even be maintained in the company itself due to the size of the company. As management consultants for medium-sized technology companies, we support managing directors in all strategic and organizational issues, including the creation of vision and mission statements, the formulation of corporate strategy, the management of the product portfolio, the development and implementation of the sales strategy, the further development of the structural and procedural organization, the definition of processes, the adaptation of management and control instruments, the introduction of new software tools, the selection of personnel and investment decisions. Depending on your needs, we are available as a sparring partner, facilitate strategy workshops, perform individual task packages in projects, fill vacant roles on a temporary basis (e.g. interim CFO or project manager) or take over lead generation or customer care for you as a service partner.
