We are refined and visionary Italian lifestyle ambassadors with a growth hacking mindset enjoying working together to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact. We discover, build up and transform ideas into successful case histories, valuable companies, scalable and recognizable projects. ----------------------------------------------------- About our history: With over 25 years of experience in real estates, food&wine, and high-end restaurants and hotel business, with the two Relais & Châteaux L'Albereta (Franciacorta) and L'Andana (Tuscany), alongside iconic master chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Alain Ducasse and Enrico Bartolini, in 2014 Carmen Moretti and Martino de Rosa have formalized their extraordinary, internationally recognized expertise with the development company atCarmen. Leone Felice Vista Lago with Chef Abbattista and Pizzeria La Filiale with Franco Pepe, Quintale and Cecchini Panini with Dario Cecchini, are only the latest results in terms of the successful projects they have been able to achieve. Visionaries and forerunners of consumer trends in the high-end segment, Carmen Moretti for the Hospitality industry and Martino de Rosa within the f&w and leisure real estates, have became the main references for entrepreneurs and investors, Italian and foreign, looking for partners of the highest reliability, expertise and authority to entrust the management of all aspects of business development in these areas: from the creative concept study, to human resources, from economic management, logistics, investment and business development strategy, to marketing and communications. Today, atCarmen brings to the world an all-italian, original and authentic way of doing business, where intuition, style and qualified mix of resources work in unison with vision, competence and professionalism.
