Collaborate closely with clients to design tailored solutions that meet specific needs, ensuring top-tier functionality, aesthetics, and durability. Manufacturing and Production Management Oversee all stages of manufacturing, from prototype to production, ensuring quality control at every step. Manage production schedules and lead a team of skilled engineers and craftsmen to ensure timely delivery and adherence to product specifications. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service. Work directly with clients to provide expert advice on product selection, customization options, and installation requirements. Lead and manage complex F&B and hospitality projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and client specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards, as well as industry regulations and safety requirements. Continually refine manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and operational efficiency. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, enhancing brand recognition and reputation in the luxury F&B sector.
