About ATELIER RAIS

Architektonický ateliér RAIS byl založen Ing. Arch. Robertem Raisem, Ph.D. MBA. The RAIS architectural studio was founded by Ing. Arch. Robert Rais, Ph.D. MBA. To date, over 700 buildings have been built throughout the Czech Republic based on Robert Rais' architectural designs. In 2022, he expanded his activities to include providing above-standard real estate services. The RAIS architectural and real estate office focuses on selling all types of real estate throughout the Czech Republic. Before selling a property, we try to eliminate as many legal and factual defects as possible in your property, so that the chance of any complaints is reduced to the minimum possible. In order for your property to be sold as healthy as possible, we use a variety of procedures from the fields of architecture, construction law and defectoscopy. We complete studies of superstructures, extensions, facade reconstructions or the maximum possible new use of a building or plot of land. We help change zoning and regulatory plans so that the property is sold with the maximum possible potential.
