About ATELIER V real estate B.V.

Consulting on accommodation that matters and work. Connecting people with place. Reengaging the soul of place. ATELIER V is an independent strategic consultancy firm in the business of space that focuses on the energy balancing of new and existing learning/work environments. Transforming the way of looking at accommodation from being an operational headache into a strategic opportunity to add value. Being one step ahead, reducing occupancy costs whilst providing accommodation solutions that resonate with the organisation’s strategy. We help organisations to manifest their vision, ambition and inspire employees through the learning/work environment. An integrated approach to align real estate/facility management, IT and Human Resources with the corporate strategy. -The Architect as Business Optimiser- Accommodation for your left or right brain? Places that work instead of 'workplaces'. We believe that it is not only about creating 'value for money buildings' but, above all, enabling the social capital to perform at its best. Creating an attractive and functional learning/work environment is one side of the coin, and influencing internal customer behaviours is the other side of the same coin, which we mostly ignore in the technical field. From Real Estate to the Real State of people. Specialities: Translating organisational goals into Corporate Real Estate Management/Facility Management Strategy. Implementation of CREM/FM Strategy. Workplace Strategy, Workplace/People Change Management, Encourage Engagement by Inner Architecture of Mind, Body and Heart.
